In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our Express Service department, ensuring quick and efficient service for routine maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly and courteously, scheduling express service appointments for routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections * Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and explain recommended services * Provide accurate estimates for express service work and obtain customer approval for any additional services * Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are performed quickly and efficiently, minimizing wait times for customers * Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle and any changes in service times or costs * Ensure service documentation, including work orders and service history, is completed accurately * Maintain customer satisfaction in line with company standards by delivering high-quality service and a positive experience * Promote additional maintenance services to help customers keep their vehicles in optimal condition * Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety regulations and company policies Requirements: * Proven experience as an Express Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (a plus, but not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in using automotive service software or willingness to learn * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision * Paid time off and holiday pay * Paid day off for your birthday * State-of-the-art facility * Career growth opportunities * Ongoing training and development programs Why Southern 441 Toyota?
