New Location! We are hiring an assistant manager for our newest QuikWash location! About Us At QuikWash, we are more than just an express car wash

The Role As the assistant manager, you are second in command and for some shifts will be the acting manager onsite. You will ensure customers are satisfied with their experience, handle customer complaints, conduct inventory reports, and ensure the team is meeting sale goals.
What You Will Do:
- Sales & Service: actively sell memberships and wash upgrades (Uncapped commission potential!). Ensure the team is hitting their sales goals!
- Inventory: The assistant manager will handle all inventory / supply requests including carwash chemical, customer accessories, and janitorial supplies.
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and a professional attitude. Consult with them to recommend the best wash packages for their vehicle.
- Operational Safety: Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel using clear hand signals and strict safety protocols.
- Site Excellence: Maintain "pride of ownership" over the facility. This includes keeping the lot, tunnel, and vacuum areas spotless and free of debris.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the manager and other crew members to keep the line moving efficiently during rush hours.
- Manager Meetings: The assistant manager will meet with the manager once a week to discuss location performance and strategize how to improve the site.
What We Expect:
- Reliability: We run a tight ship. Punctuality and a professional appearance (uniforms provided) are non-negotiable.
- Physical Stamina: This is an active job! You must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift, working outdoors.
- Communication: You must be comfortable speaking with customers and explaining our services clearly.
- Detail Oriented: You notice the little things, like a piece of trash on the ground or a customer who looks confused, and you act on it.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, etc.) is a plus.
- No previous car wash experience requiredwe will train the QuikWash way!
