Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper

A well-established, privately held corporate office in Charlotte is seeking an Executive Assistant with a strong eye for detail and experience in bookkeeping to support the CEO. This unique role blends traditional executive support with accounting tasks, including personal and investment-related bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements (business and personal)
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Manage personal bookkeeping: track income and expenses, reconcile accounts, handle bill payments, and prepare monthly reports
  • Assist with accounting for investment entities: record transactions, track contributions/distributions, and maintain investment schedules

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with intercompany transactions and personal bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
