Job Summary

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Location: Arizona – Exceptional Health Care

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (including weekends/holidays)

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Shift Differential

• Weekday Nights: +$7/hr
• Weekend Nights: +$9/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ER with minimal supervision.
• Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and diagnostic results; respond quickly to changes.
• Communicate with ER physicians and care teams regarding patient condition and treatment.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ER protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support cost containment.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 3–5 years of ER experience.
• Current RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
