Position Summary:

The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. This role partners with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture and drive sustainable EHS performance across iFAB operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across facilities and job sites.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct safety training programs (e.g., PPE, Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication).
  • Maintain compliance with environmental permits and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor workplace safety metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly EHS performance reports.
  • Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and lead on-site inspections or audits.
  • Guide and support facility teams in implementing EHS best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Champion employee engagement in safety initiatives through toolbox talks, committees, and recognition programs.
  • Manage hazardous waste programs, air emissions compliance, stormwater, and spill prevention plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.
  • Excellent communication and training skills; able to engage employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence safety culture.
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in EHS management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with IETF procedures.
