Documentation Management Specialist job at Gus Perdikakis Associates Cincinnati, OH, US

Job Description

We are looking for a Documentation Management Specialist to provide technical expertise and support to our client's documentation management within the Veeva system. This role primarily involves remote troubleshooting and training, with the possibility of infrequent on-site workshops. Key Responsibilities

Deliver remote support for Veeva documentation management and troubleshooting.
Train operators and operations leadership on Veeva navigation and document searching.
Maintain accurate metadata and update document ownership.

• Collaborate with site teams to:

Eliminate duplicate documents and identify the best versions to retain.
Flag changes/additions for zone owners during document consolidation.
Set up Veeva manufacturing Equipment Owner (EO) binders by zone for streamlined access.

Develop and enforce standard naming conventions for all documents.
Evaluate documents for improvements and manage the update process.

Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of converting experience.
Technical expertise in Veeva with ability to function at administrator level.

• Solid skills in:

Veeva navigation and document search.
Identifying and resolving metadata discrepancies.
Mapping equipment to correct versions.
Setting up effective Equipment Owner binders.

• Ability to train others (classroom or remote). Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with all four converting technology platforms.
Experience with systems such as AM, ECRs, CPE, CIL, CL, TBO, DH, etc.
