Confidential Company | Full-Time | Field-Based

About the Role:
Are you a high-performing leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 8–12 retail locations. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide store teams, drive profitability, ensure compliance, and support overall business performance across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Retail Territory: Oversee sales, operations, and financial performance across multiple stores, with a focus on fuel, merchandise, foodservice, and other revenue-generating departments.

  • Coach and Empower Store Leaders: Build and develop high-performing store management teams through regular coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on leadership.

  • Drive Operational Standards: Monitor location performance through KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve results and customer satisfaction.

  • Recruit and Retain Talent: Play a hands-on role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining strong retail team members using internal systems and recruiting platforms.

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to company standards and local regulations related to fuel operations, safety, environmental guidelines, and lease terms.

  • Vendor & Pricing Oversight: Partner with vendors, review local pricing trends, and ensure stores stay competitive and compliant in their respective markets.

  • Support Visual Merchandising & Promotions: Execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and store presentation standards to elevate the customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, fuel, grocery, or foodservice, with a track record of multi-unit success.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

  • You’re well-versed in safety, environmental, and operational compliance protocols.

  • You’re a skilled communicator who leads by example and can unify diverse teams.

  • You enjoy traveling and being in the field—adaptability and time management are your strengths.

  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Why This Opportunity?
If you're looking for a chance to make an impact, inspire teams, and influence business growth, this role provides the perfect platform. You’ll have room to innovate, solve complex challenges, and advance your leadership career in a growing, fast-moving organization.

Additional Info:
A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Overnight travel is part of the role. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process and employment experience.
