Job Details

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Luxury/construction industry.
• Proven experience in the luxury resorts and hospitality sector.
• A strong track record of business development, networking and partnership building.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
