Salary: $17-$21 DOE

Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is urgently hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in our Intellectual Developmental/Disability Delayed (ID/DD) facilities. The ideal candidate is caring, self-motivated, and committed professionals who are willing to go above and beyond for individuals in the ID/DD community.

We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and PRN staff to work at our North Chesterfield, Chesterfield, Highland Springs, and Henrico facilities. We are hiring for the full-time and part-time positions on evening and overnight shift. All full-time employees must work every other weekend which are 12-hour shifts.

Details of the shifts:

Full Time Evening

Week 1

Sunday-8am-8m; Monday- OFF; Tuesday-OFF; Wednesday-3pm-11pm; Thursday 3pm-11pm Friday 3pm-11pm Saturday OFF

Week 2

Sunday OFF; Monday 3pm-11pm; Tuesday 3pm-11pm; Wednesday 3pm-11pm; Thursday-OFF; Friday OFF; Saturday 8am- 8pm

Various duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting individuals with meeting person centered outcomes outlined in their treatment plans.
• Facilitating groups, support with activities of daily living.
• Support with community outings.
• Support with connecting individuals to resources.
• Assist and support individuals with ADLs.
• Other supportive services in the community.
