Delivery & Warehouse Associate

Deliver fresh produce to customers! This position involves delivering produce to our customers approximately 70% of the day, and helping out in a warehouse about 30% of the time using pallet jacks and forklifts stocking and picking products. To be considered, you must have a good driving history, the ability to deliver products to our customers using a company van, great customer service skills, and the willingness to also help in the warehouse as needed.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am start time until the work is completed. Generally done about 2:30pm but could be later. May occasionally work a Saturday from 8:30am-4pm.

Pay: $18/hour

General Job Responsibilities:

Delivery: 70% of the shift

• Safely drive product from the warehouse to the customer location
• Deliver 4k-7k pounds of produce by hand and two-wheel dolly. 
• Place product in the location desired by the customer

Warehouse: 30% of the shift

• Putting incoming products into established slots
• Picking orders per pick tickets
• Packing product for delivery in a manner that keeps from damaging the product
• Load your own cube can/straight truck

Requirements & Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history
• Must have or be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• Pallet jack and forklift experience helpful
• Warehouse experience helpful

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs up to 50% of the time
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs up to 30% of the time
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs up to 20% of the time

Required Education:

• High school or equivalent
