Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and build data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, create data visualizations, and develop algorithms that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Create and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support data accessibility.
• Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and integrate them into projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for research-intensive roles).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Dask.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) techniques.
• Experience in deploying models to production using tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Certifications in data science or related technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics).
