Description

The Dallas Central Appraisal District is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appraisal Assistant/Customer Service for Business Personal Property. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the appraisal process and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the appraisal process for business personal property

- Conduct research and gather data to assist with appraisals

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions they may have

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the appraisal process

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to appraisals

- Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred

Physical & Mental Abilities:

The position requires the ability to concentrate on assigned tasks and the ability to manage time effectively in order to meet production and quality objectives. Incumbent must be able to operate office equipment including computers (keyboard and touch) and calculators. Incumbent must be able to communicate clearly on the telephone and face to face, including the ability to ask questions that will bring forth the information needed to make sound decisions.

Salary Description


$35,200 - $49,000 Yearly Depending on Experience
