Commercial Roof Project Manager Position Available:


A client company that we are working with is actively interviewing for an open role within their company that is, "Commercial Roofing Project Manager". This company is well known in the roofing market for doing reputable work and dealing with their customers/clients/employees the right way. They are open to speaking with individuals who have years of roof experience specifically in PM, Superintendent, or possibly foreman roles. Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties


* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures


* Review estimates with management


* Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More


* Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget


* Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.


* Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed

Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required


* 2+ years of estimating experience and also project managing


* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques


*Must be comfortable with leading a team/crew


* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
