About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Patient Experience Officer to lead the strategic vision that prioritizes the meaningful and impactful interactions within the healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance patient experience, staff engagement, and recognition programs, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the organization's mission, values, and commitment to excellence. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can foster a culture of compassion, service excellence, and accountability, and who is dedicated to elevating care experiences and fostering meaningful staff engagement. The Chief Patient Experience Officer will also be tasked with promoting equity and inclusion, developing and empowering staff, and managing budgets and resources to support patient experience programs. Applicants for the Chief Patient Experience Officer position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years' of progressive leadership experience in developing and implementing patient and employee experience programs. A Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) designation is required, along with a proven track record of using data-driven methods to improve satisfaction and engagement. The role demands a candidate with strong management skills, the ability to collaborate with industry and community partners, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at harnessing data to drive results, promoting equity and inclusion, and will have a passion for making a lasting impact in the healthcare sector.
