This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to leverage their research acumen and strategic communication skills to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the technology sector.

As a BDR at ASD, you will be instrumental in the initial stages of our sales cycle, responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach strategies. This role offers the unique opportunity to:

Provide valuable market intelligence to inform and shape overall sales strategy.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related analytical field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring independent research, data analysis, or strategic outreach. Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation is advantageous.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

  • A strong analytical mindset, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities.

  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, particularly in the realm of market research and prospecting.

Why Choose ASD?

At ASD, we are committed to fostering a challenging yet supportive environment where career growth is not just encouraged but actively cultivated. You will join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of technological innovation, working with a team dedicated to mutual success. We offer:

  • Comprehensive 100% company-paid Medical and Dental benefits.

  • Generous 401 (k) matching, eligible after a 90-day waiting period.

  • 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in your first two years, with increased accrual based on tenure.

  • A strong emphasis on work-life balance, embodying our "Family 1st" philosophy.

  • Clear pathways for professional advancement and internal promotions within a rapidly expanding company.

  • A compensation structure that includes a competitive salary complemented by performance-based bonuses.

If you are an analytical thinker with a passion for strategic outreach and a desire to significantly impact business growth, we invite you to apply and contribute to ASD's continued success.
