Part-Time Bookkeeper (Flexible Hours)

📍 Springfield, MO | 10–15 Hours Per Week

About Us

We’re a group of locally owned businesses here in Springfield, MO. Our companies cover a mix of construction and home services, and we’re looking for a reliable, down-to-earth bookkeeper to help keep our finances organized.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the books for three small local companies.



• Handle payables, receivables, and reconciliations.



• Help with payroll records and expenses.



• Track inventory and make sure everything lines up.



• Put together simple financial reports for the owners.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar is great).



• Familiarity with inventory tracking would be a big plus.



• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.



• Comfortable juggling tasks for more than one business.



• Friendly and easy to work with — we’re a small team!

Schedule & Flexibility

• About 10–15 hours per week.



• Most of the work can be done remotely.



• We’d like you to come into the office up to 4 hours per week for certain tasks — the rest is flexible on your own time.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
