Barker Buick GMC is looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in body work, diagnostics, and repair — ideally with dealership and multi-brand experience. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a body technician
ASE certifications preferred
Dealership experience is a big plus
Comfortable working with multiple brands and models
Proficient in using computer-based diagnostics tools
Solid understanding of frame work and electrical systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality body repairs, frame straightening, and part replacement
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and OEM repair guidelines
