St. Johns Lutheran Community is seeking a compassionate and skilled Beautician / Hair Stylist to provide salon services for our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Position Highlights:
Independent contractor role
Flexible schedule (4-5) days per week or as needed)
On-site salon space provided
Established client base within the facility
Your Impact:
Help our residents feel their best by offering haircuts, styling, perms and color all in a setting that prioritizes dignity and comfort.
What Were Looking For:
Current Cosmetology License in Minnesota, Manager License
Experience working with seniors or a desire to serve older adults
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting salon environment
Must carry liability insurance as an independent contractor
