We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician who is an honest, friendly, and flexible person. It is a luxury 56-unit apartment community in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Qualifications :
Apartment Maintenance experience is Preferred but Not Required.
Must be able to work as a full-time
Professional, positive attitude.
To be on call for emergency work orders
Excellent Oral and Written communication and time-management skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work requests.
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
High School or Equivalent Experience.

Duties include making all repairs and improvements to apartments prior to tenant move-in.
