• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments promptly.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
• Record and reconcile A/P and A/R transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (A/P and A/R preferred)
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
