Job Description

Location: Onsite – Racine, WI
Contract Assignment: Estimate 1 year duration
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Hours: 20–30 per week

• Monday & Tuesday: 8-hour days
• Remaining days: Flexible based on demand

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will primarily support month-end activities, including postings, reconciliations, and reporting within SAP and related systems. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing and reporting for month-end close and other recurring tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly postings and reconciliations
• Support reporting activities within SAP and related systems
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
• Follow established processes and instructions to complete tasks

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Business
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• SAP experience
